Virtual Classroom Rules & Protocols
The following guidelines are to provide all students a safe and comfortable learning environment, to help teachers maintain order and better engage students in class.
1. All students are required to use their real names to attend e-classes, use of aliases that can’t be recognized by teachers is not allowed.
2. The school recommends teachers to disable the “chat” function when class is in session. When the “chat” function is deemed necessary by the teacher, he or she will save all chat history for records.
3. As in physical classrooms, disruptive and distracting behavior is not permitted during e-classes. Students in violation of class rules may be warned, audio being muted, removed from e-class and reported to school by teachers.
