本周日（9/15），我校将举行全校家长大会。党兵校长、家长会会长熊瑾珺、吴红艳教务长、安全副校长罗宇翔、注册副校长王昕、唐小平董事长将分别向大家介绍学校的情况并回答家长的提问。敬请全体家长出席。

All Parents Meeting will be held this Sunday, 9/15. Principal Bing Dang, PTA Chair Jinjun Xiong, Dean Hongyan Wu, Safety Vice Principal Yuxiang Luo, Registration Vice Principal Chloe Wang and Board Chair Xiaoping Tang will give an overview of the school operation. A Q&A session will follow. All parents are invited.

大家好！迎着些微的秋意，华夏纽约中心学校热烈欢迎各位师生家长，共同期待充满希望和锐意进取的新学年！

回首过去的一年里，在全体师生及志愿者的齐心协力下，我校在各方面都取得了相当瞩目的成绩。值此之际，我代表学校向大家表示衷心的感谢！

今年我校将继续开通美洲华语，马立平和 CSL 三套适合不同家庭需求的中文教材，配备优秀的教师，为孩子们的中文学习提供最佳的学业环境。在此基础上，学校开设了更加丰富多样的儿童及成人文化课。希望小朋友和家长们能充分利用学校的资源，在辛勤的学习工作之余，拓展自己的兴趣爱好！

在新的一年里，我们的“金翅鸟”图书馆会一如既往地欢迎大家选取孩子们喜欢的各类书籍；我们的“文芽”会依然兴奋地期待孩子们编写的文字和讲述的故事。学校还将继续举办一些提高孩子们学习兴趣的学生活动和趣味竞赛，逢到重要的节假日，学校也会组织各类活动聚会，让大家能够充分感受到我们华夏纽约中心这个大家庭的热烈与欢乐！

From the Principal

Hello everyone!  With early autumn upon us, we, at HXNYC, warmly welcome everyone back for a new and exciting school year.

Working together, the school achieved remarkable results in all aspects of operation last year and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all.

This year, we continue to offer MeiZhou Chinese, MLP Chinese and CSL in the Chinese curriculum. We have expanded our culture enrichment class offerings to include Crafts, Flute, Kung Fu, Video Editing etc. We hope they will make your child’s Huaxia experience a richer one.

Please continue to visit our “Golden Wings Library” and check out your favorite children books. Wenya, our student magazine, welcomes more creative essays. The school will continue to strive to engage our students and make learning fun.

I look forward to seeing you this Sunday on the beautiful campus of WCC to start another productive and exciting year..

• 还未注册的家长，请立即去网站 www.hxnyc.org 注册。
• 学费及注册须知
• 新家长：学校地址：Westchester Community College, 75 Grasslands Road, Valhalla, NY 10595；上课时间：9:30am-12:30pm；请将车辆停在4号停车场。WCC校园地图
• 教室安排；鉴于是开学第一天，请家长（尤其是低年级家长）领孩子去教室。
• 书和作业本一律由老师发给已付学费的学生。交费后请凭收条去 AAB 116 取书。
• 学前班的家长，请给孩子准备小食品。
• 付学费、转班或试听家长，请到CLA前厅办理。请尽量用支票支付学费。

• Please use Parking #4; click here for the WCC campus map
• Click here for Class Locations. Since it is the first day of school, we strongly recommend you walk your children to all their classes.
• Textbooks will be distributed only to students who have paid tuition in full. Textbooks may be picked up in AAB 116 upon payment receipt. 
• Parents of pre-K and K students, please prepare a snack for your child.
• For tuition payment, class transfer or class auditing, please go to CLA lobby.
